Over 30 years of experience in Engineering, Construction, and Manufacturing. Experience includes project management, contracts management (including CMSi), project planning, budget forecasting, estimating, construction coordination, scheduling, procurement, technical writing, project controls, and computer programming. Experience includes managing work by contractors and subcontractors in the field. Proficient in compiling complex technological documents requiring extensive research, comparisons, analyses and evaluations, formulating financial packages/proformas for municipalities and foreign governments, and writing technical and business development proposals. Primary disciplines are civil and structural including concrete, underground piping, and structural steel.

Project Positions:
Construction Engineer - coordinate civil, structural disciplines regarding contractor and subcontractor activities; assure construction proceeds per plan/design; troubleshoot design changes, RFI's, material fabrication, schedule and installation.
Contracts Manager - manage all on site subcontracts, bids and bid packages, costs, progress and schedules for civil, structural and architectual work.
